Faxo Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Faxo app and fax service. If you need help, contact dev.appbroker@gmail.com.

Using Faxo

You are responsible for the documents you upload, the fax numbers you enter, and having the right to send the contents to each recipient. Do not use Faxo for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited bulk messages. Keep your device and account access secure. We may restrict sending or suspend an account that abuses the service or threatens its operation.

Delivery

Fax delivery depends on telecommunications networks and the receiving equipment. A submitted fax can fail or be delayed. Check the delivery status in the app; a request being accepted for processing does not mean it was delivered. Faxo is not intended for emergency or time-critical communications.

Subscriptions and credits

Prices, billing periods, and included allowances are shown in the app and in Google Play before purchase. Google Play processes payments and manages subscription cancellation and refunds under its terms. Faxo verifies purchases before granting plan benefits or credits. Fax credits are applied to fax usage as shown in the app. A failed or canceled fax attempt releases credits reserved for that attempt; delivered page counts determine the final usage.

Fax numbers

A receiving fax number is optional with an eligible subscription. You can cancel the number in Inbox and keep your subscription and credits. One new number may be allocated per billing cycle, subject to availability and local requirements. Canceling a number releases it immediately; it cannot be recovered. Numbers are retained while Google Play grants subscription access, including its payment grace period and the remaining paid term after subscription cancellation. When that access ends or an account is deleted, provider cancellation is attempted immediately, with automatic retries if needed. There is no additional Faxo number grace period.

Your documents and account

You keep responsibility for the content of your documents. You give Faxo permission to process and transmit them solely to provide the service you request. You can delete stored documents or your account in the app. See the Privacy Policy and account deletion page for details.
